You can deliver invitations and alerts—360° feedback, surveys, exit interviews, report ready—directly into the channels your team already uses. Configure Slack (incoming webhook), Google Chat (webhook or Space), or Microsoft Teams (incoming webhook) from App Settings.

Choose which events trigger a notification (e.g. survey invitation, 360° reminder, report ready). Notifications are sent as rich cards with clear titles and action buttons (e.g. "Complete feedback", "View report"). This keeps everyone in the loop without leaving their workspace.

Each channel is optional and configurable per app; you can use one or several at once. Sensitive invitations can be limited to email if you prefer not to post them in shared channels.

Yes. With SCIM 2.0 you can automatically provision and update users from Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or any SCIM-compatible identity provider. New hires appear in KS-Agents without manual import; when they leave, accounts can be deactivated in sync with your IdP.

Manager and role information can be synced so your org structure and 360° feedback cycles stay aligned with HR. This reduces manual admin and keeps access consistent with your existing directory. Setup is done in your IdP (e.g. Google Admin or Entra) by pointing the SCIM endpoint to KS-Agents and mapping attributes (email, name, manager).

App-scoped data is available via our GraphQL API, secured with API keys and configurable read permissions (e.g. users, performance, surveys). You can call it from Google Sheets (Apps Script), Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or any tool that can send authenticated HTTP requests.

Query users, 360° evaluations, survey responses, and more with standard pagination. We provide documentation and sample scripts (e.g. a Google Sheets connector) so you can build live dashboards and reports without manual exports. If your network restricts outbound access, allowlisting or a dedicated export flow can be discussed for enterprise deployments.

API keys are managed per app in Settings; you control which data each key can read, and you can revoke or rotate keys at any time.
